More information will follow in due course
My name is Emma Carson and I am a second year ordinand at CITI. I’m originally from Lisburn but have lived in Edinburgh and in Belfast. I worked as a primary school teacher before following the call to ordained ministry. My sponsoring Diocese is Down and Dromore and I attend both Willowfield Parish and Braniel Community Church.
I am in the first year of the part–time, option B of the MTh, validated by Trinity College Dublin. I am married and have two children.
I am a lifelong member of St John’s Church in Rathfriland, Co Down. My involvement with my local church began when I became a member of the church choir and was continued through to my time as a Sunday School Teacher. I was church organist for twelve years at Ballyward Church, Rathfriland.
I am 23 years old, I live in rural Armagh, and I am in my second year of full–time training for ordination.
