Staff News – Dr Bridget Nichols
Dr Bridget Nichols has been appointed to a position in the College of the Resurrection, Mirfield, with effect from 1 September 2027. Bridget has served CITI with great distinction for the past ten years through her involvement in ministry training and as a contributor to many wider church bodies.
Her colleagues, both past and present, as well as generations of students, have appreciated Bridget’s professionalism, her intellect, her personal warmth, and, not least, her infectious sense of humour.
Whilst we do wish to congratulate Dr Nichols on being made Director of the Mirfield Liturgical Institute, for CITI’s part we will be deeply sorry to lose her. We wish Bridget every blessing as she prepares over the next year to take up this significant post within the Church of England.
